Over time, services like government, banking, telecommunications, transport, and healthcare are becoming less available in person, making it critical that these online services are accessible to everyone.

You're invited to participate

You have been invited to participate in our industry benchmarking of online services. We're conducting research to understand how accessible and user-friendly online banking services are. We're particularly interested in learning if people can easily

​

  1. Understand banking fees and charges for a standard transaction account.

  2. Open a standard transaction account independently online, including meeting the identification requirements set by the financial institution.

  3. Navigate an account once opened, such as checking your balance and viewing transactions.
