f.lux / Blue Light Filter

f.lux and similar blue light filters shift a screen's colour temperature towards warmer tones, often on a schedule. Used by people with light sensitivity or migraine as a trigger-avoidance tool. Most platforms now include a built-in version, often called Night Shift.
